Patrick's Birthday

Today was Patrick's birthday and we decided to celebrate with dinner out in Central.  

We ate at Lupa - a Mario Batali italian restaurant - and had an amazing evening.

Started with cocktails.

The general manager came over and asked if we had been there before and how our meal was - it came out that it was Patrick's birthday - and yesterday was his birthday.  He had sent over a piece of chocolate cake with amazing citrus sorbet then joined us in a glass of Moscato.

And the music was good - at one point we both stopped eating - and said yes that is a rock band song - Maps.  I had to look it up to remember the Yeah, yeah, yeahs sang it.
